102 people were killed and hundreds were injured in ISIS suicide bombing on 10/10/2015 in Ankara. Four months before the Ankara attack, ISIS targeted Diyarbakir but officials had failed to investigate the attacks in detail. Brother of the Diyarbakir attacker was involved in Ankara bombings.
